Overview
A Provision Agreement is the union of a Dataflow with a Data Provider. A Provision Agreement (PA) is a definition that the Data Provider is can provide data for the Dataflow. Data is always reported by a Data Provider against the Provision Agreement.
When viewing a Provision Agreement, it is the underlying DSD that is shown, however it is shown in the context of the PA and therefore any additional restrictions which have been applied to the PA as detailed in this article will be reflected in this view.
Wizard
From the Data menu, select the Provision Agreement Page and use the maintenance button to create a Provision Agreement.
Step 1 - High Level Details
The steps in a Provision Agreement Wizard includes step 1 which provides the generic, high level details about the PA. See this article for more information on authoring and maintaining structures.
Step 2 - Select Dataflow and Data Provider
The second step requires the selection of both the Dataflow and Data Provider the Provision Agreement is combining. The Dataflow provides the definition of the allowed data. The Data Provider defines which Organisation can report data for the Dataflow.
