Overview
Starting with version 11.20.0 of the FMR, a new feature called the "Support Tab" has been introduced.
This graphical control appears on the right-hand side of most pages within the FMR. When clicked, it opens a pop-up modal designed to provide users with guidance on addressing any issues they may encounter. The content opf this modal can be set by the system administrators and it supports HTML. However it is restricted to a maximum of 4,000 characters.
Appearance
After content is added to the Support Tab, a new control will be displayed on the right-hand side of most screens. Clicking it opens a modal containing the predefined content. Users can dismiss the modal by clicking anywhere outside of the modal or by pressing the Escape key on their keyboard. The content remains the same across all pages, as the Support Tab feature does not allow for page-specific text variations.
Setting Content
The contents of the Support Tab can be set on the Registry settings page: Settings -> General Settings. Simply enter the text or HTML in the field labelled "Support Text" and click the "Apply Settings" button.
