The Server Security menu which is available to authenticated users provides two methods.

Restricting Access

If Security is Enabled the rules (as shown in the image below) are implemented.

Worksheet Passwords

As shown in the example below a password of JAPAN has been applied to any Reporting Templates 'owned' by the Agency BB. A user will not be able to change any of the text on the template or add a worksheet if this is in place (unless they are able to enter the password). They will be able to enter observational data.

Reporting Template Security

Note: If you Secure a template via Worksheet password you wqill not be able to use the Attribute by colour feature as discussed in this article.
