An SDMX Data Provider Scheme is a container for all Data Provider.

Identity

An Data Provider Scheme is given the identity DATA_PROVIDER prefixed by the Identifier of the owning Agency. For example, GOT:DATA_PROVIDER would refer to the container for all Data Providers owned by the Agency GOT.

If a Sub Agency existed with for example the ID of 'WEST', the Data Provider Scheme would be named GOT.WEST:DATA_PROVIDER, if Data Provider had been created for the Sub Agency.
