Identity
An Data Consumer Scheme has a Globally Unique Identifier, typically a short upper case string such as WEST, NORTH, SOUTH, prefixed by the Identifier of the owning Agency. For example, GOT.WEST:DATA_CONSUMERS would refer to a Data Consumer Scheme owned by Sub Agency WEST which is owned by Agency GOT.
You can seem more examples and information on Identities in this article.
Content
The act of creating a Data Consumer brings into existence the Data Consumer Scheme for the owning Agency. The content of the scheme is therefore all the Data Consumers owned by the Agency.
